Element Logic is Great Place to Work-certified in U.S.A. and Colombia!

Our employees have spoken. Element Logic is certified by Great Place to Work – now in 7 different markets: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, and Colombia.

We have had fun at work for decades and have no plans to stop: In 2023 Element Logic is Great Place to Work-certified in U.S.A and Colombia! Adding to our five European offices!

Great Place to Work is a worldwide employee survey measuring employee satisfaction. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five dimensions that are measured. For a workplace to participate in the survey, it’s required to be a minimum of ten employees. To get the certification, a Trust Index score of 70% is required.

“I am very glad that all markets that were able to participate got certified as Great Place to Work”, Dag-Adler Blakseth, CEO of Element Logic, said.

“In Element Logic we aim to be a people-centered organization where we can grow and have fun together. These certifications show that we are on the right track, but we will also use the survey results to find areas for improvement”, Blakseth adds.

Element Logic was established in 1985 but has, in recent years, seen very strong growth. Only in 2022, Element Logic went from 250 to 770 employees. That is a threefold increase in one year!

CEO of Great Place to Work Norway, Jannik Krohn Falck is impressed by the high score of Element Logic’s work environment – especially given their rapid growth.

“Element Logic has succeeded in developing a good and efficient culture, across countries and while multiplying their number of employees in one year.” Falck said. “This is a solid achievement, driven by management and employees who know that culture is crucial to success.”

“This is incredibly exciting! It’s our first attempt at getting certified and we were able to do so in two countries in the Americas!” Krish Nathan, CEO of Element Logic – Americas, said. “This is a testament to who we are as a team and the energy that we bring to each other, as well as our clients.”

“We have many new faces every month, and our company is being present in a growing number of different markets.” Blakseth said. “Therefore, it’s more important than ever to bring our company together, to gather around our common values, and to continue developing the Element Logic workplace culture where we all can grow and have fun together.”
