Element Logic partners up with students from Norwegian University of Science and Technology

Element Logic attended the opening of Centre for Student Innovation, The Mine, at NTNU in September 2021. Alongside DNB (the Norwegian Bank) and Equinor, Element Logic serves as partner and will use this platform to connect with bright students and create a forum where participants can explore new ideas and products together with the company.

Connecting with students

In November 2021, Element Logic hosted a workshop with 40 students from different programmes and educational backgrounds. In advance, the company had an internal group working on different ideas and business strategies, such as new technology, sustainability, and storage solutions, that Element Logic can explore for the future. The students were to discuss these ideas and the goal was to thoroughly test and improve them.

We are very pleased with the results of the workshop. We had many ideas that we wanted to test and get the students’ perspectives on, all our ideas were tested, changed, built on or further developed. We are satisfied with the feedback and happy to further develop them internally, as well as together with NTNU students

Sutharshan Nadarajah, Technology Director Element Logic

The students’ feedback to the workshop was that they gained a good insight into what Element Logic will focus on going forward and they found it exciting to work on real and prepared cases in groups with different educational backgrounds.

Element Logic serves as partner and will use this platform to connect with bright students and create a forum where participants can explore new ideas and products together with the company.

“It was a very exciting and future-oriented case, and good to have an introduction of the company, the industry and to learn about all the different processes. Also, very nice to have the CEO representing the company, it gives us a sense of how serious Element Logic takes this workshop and us”, the students said.

Both Element Logic and the students where happy with the results of this workshop and all the students who responded to the anonymous survey after the workshop thought of Element Logic as an interesting workplace.
