This year, we’re proud to celebrate a remarkable achievement – receiving the Great Place to Work certification across nine countries within our group: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, Czech Republic, and Poland. With an impressive 85% employee response rate to our workplace culture survey, the certification is a reflection of our collective commitment to creating an inspiring, inclusive, and engaging workplace.

Since 2018, we’ve measured our workplace culture annually, using feedback from our employees as a cornerstone to guide our progress. As a company deeply rooted in innovation and collaboration.
