Element Logic builds the first AutoStore system in Slovenia
The first AutoStore system in Slovenia has been installed at Intersocks’ warehouse in Slovenia. Intersocks is a leading manufacturer of technical sports socks and has made a significant investment in the system which is designed to meet the increasing demands for capacity and performance in the coming years.
Automated storage solution for optimal efficiency
The new logistics centre in Kočevje will be the central hub for the storage and distribution of Crocs, socks and other products. Intersocks concentrates the production of 20 to 30 million socks annually, including around 2 million Crocs, which are delivered to more than 1,000 stores in Central and Eastern Europe and to customers in 63 countries worldwide. This centralized storage and direct delivery enables faster and more efficient customer service. Marjan Kočila, Director of Intersocks, emphasizes: ‘The new logistics centre will further drive our growth and enable us to bring our products to our customers even faster and more efficiently.’
“We are proud to have installed the first AutoStore project in Slovenia. This technology will optimally support Intersocks’ logistics requirements and support its growth in the long term”, says Joachim Kieninger, Director of Strategic Business Development in Element Logic Germany

Scalable solution for future challenges
A key advantage of the system is its scalability. Intersocks can flexibly adjust the capacity and performance of the system depending on their needs. This ability to expand secures the investment in the long term and ensures that the company is prepared for future market demands. ‘With this solution, we are sending a clear signal of our innovative strength and our commitment to the highest quality standards,’ says Kočila.
This represents an innovative development in intralogistics and gives Intersocks the opportunity to set new standards for increased order capacity, goods handling, and fulfilment speed.
With this project, Element Logic once again emphasizes its leading role as a system integrator for automated storage solutions in Europe.
