Element Logic Welcomes Ankush Malhotra as New Group CEO

Blakseth who has been a driving force behind Element Logic’s growth, will now transition to the role of Chairman of the Board. Blakseth expresses his confidence in Malhotra’s ability to guide the company into its next phase of global expansion. “Ankush Malhotra is the right person to lead the company forward in what will be a significant global endeavor,” says Blakseth. 

Malhotra is based in London and brings relevant experience from his 18 years at Danaher/Fortive/Fluke. He has held various positions in the US and in the UK, the last 4 years as President of Fluke Reliability, an innovation leader in the markets it serves.

Ambitious growth plans ahead  

Under Blakseth’s leadership, Element Logic has expanded significantly in recent years. The company has grown from operating in 12 markets to 19, extending its reach from one to three continents, and increasing its workforce from 170 to 900 employees worldwide. With its sights set on becoming the leading integrator of automated warehouse solutions globally, the company is now focused on capturing even more market share both within and outside Europe. 

“With the global expansion the company is aiming for, it is a natural time to pass the baton,” Blakseth says, highlighting Malhotra’s international experience and leadership style as key factors in his selection.
