In 2024, Element Logic proved itself a Great Place to Work by being certified in 8 countries.

Despite a challenging year filled with global uncertainties in 2023, our dedicated team members voiced their satisfaction and pride.

We are thrilled to announce that Element Logic has been recognized by Great Place to Work in eight countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, and Czech Republic. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to fostering a nurturing and joyful work environment for all our employees.

Global Employee Survey

Great Place to Work is a global employee survey that measures satisfaction across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community. To participate in the survey, a workplace must have at least ten employees and achieve a Trust Index score of 70% to be certified.

A growth journey

Element Logic has experienced significant growth over the years and is present worldwide with over 900 employees. The outcomes of the survey are not a matter of chance; rather, a testament to the hard work and dedication exhibited by the people, according to CEO in Element Logic, Dag-Adler Blakseth:

“Over the past years, we have experienced significant growth in our company. This often brings its own set of challenges, including the difficulty of maintaining a consistent culture in a growing company. Keeping this in mind, I am extremely proud of each team member, not only for their passion and dedication to their work but also for their invaluable contributions in establishing Element Logic as a Great Place to Work. This will be key in our ongoing efforts to aim high and achieve success in the future”, Blakseth says.

“The best workplaces have in common that they succeed in creating a trust-based culture and management. Their strategic focus on all employees means that they have been strengthened through the demanding time we have been through and are now well positioned in the sharply increasing competition for talent” — Jannik Krohn Falck, CEO Great Place to Work.
